Undercover (アンダーカバー, Andākabā?) is a song the both features and introduces the prison guard and protagonist, Es. It was released on YouTube and digitally on May 15, 2020, while the album was released digitally on May 27, 2020.
A separate version of the song featuring Hatsune Miku was released on May 15, 2021 on DECO*27's YouTube Channel in celebration of MILGRAM's first anniversary.
On January 15, 2025, a version of the Undercover music video called [Route: Your (Curtain) Call], which was sung by most of the prisoners, was uploaded on Youtube, to prepare for The Third Trial.

- The chair featured in the MV is Charles Rennie Mackintosh's Willow Chair.
- Some promotional material, such as The First Trial's key visual or the official website features the Hill House Chair, which was also designed by Mackintosh.
- The Es version of this song was added to the game "D4DJ -Groovy Mix-" on May 1, 2021.
- A separate cover featuring the group Lyrical Lily was added on May 2, 2021.
- There are some noticeable differences between the [Route: Your (Curtain) Call] version and the original version of the music video:
- Haruka, Shidou, and Mahiru are absent throughout the music video, including their vocals, their silhouettes, and the black boxes that arguably belong to them. In addition, Es's mouth does not move before their segments.
- This foreshadows the deaths of the said prisoners as of The Third Trial.
- The music video appears to be glitchier, more distorted.
- Haruka, Shidou, and Mahiru are absent throughout the music video, including their vocals, their silhouettes, and the black boxes that arguably belong to them. In addition, Es's mouth does not move before their segments.
