WIP
Gentle (Real name: Ryoichiro Shiranami) is the first prisoner who went under trial in the first MILGRAM novel. He has a younger sister named Aiba Shiranami who is his fellow prisoner.
Character Description[]
A young man normally seen with a kind smile on his face. Es even described him as coming off brotherly, as he made smiling hamburgers for everyone. His sin is the Sin of Pleasure.
Appearance[]
A man with a youthful appearance and black hair, parted like curtains. He has a warm and gentle appearance.
Personality[]
Gentle's first appearance comes off as protective and hypervigilant, questioning Jacka about the prison and their capture. When he lets his guard down, however, he lives up to his codename. He cares deeply for the other prisoners around him as well as his little sister (enough for his classmates commenting on him having an "older brother complex"), enjoying cooking and looking after the others. He is a composed and responsible figure.
History[]
Ryochiro grew up in a struggling family and was shouldered responsibility for Aiba and himself at a young age. Due to a lack of attention by his parents, Ryochiro spent majority of his time with his younger sister and grew quite attached to her. When she had attempted suicide and fell into a coma, Ryochiro was devastated. He found it unfair that she was in such an odd position between life and death. The doctors told him that Aiba was barely likely to make it, Ryochiro insisted she could live. His sister's suicide attempt had drove him pretty crazy. Seeing Aiba in such a state had him feel an immense desire to finish what she had started, to kill her and end all of her misery. He bought a knife and intended to slit her throat but couldn't bring himself to kill his own sister. He began to realise that this wasn't about fulfilling Aiba's wish but simply to get the sensation of killing somebody. Ryochiro stabbed a random guy on the street, who by coincidence was a serial killer who had been attacking a woman before his demise. Afraid of the person he had become, he went back to see Aiba before getting caught by the police.
